This policy sets out the conditions under which a professional may be reimbursed for credits used to unlock a lead on SnapWeb.
1. Time limit for making a claim
The application must be submitted within 15 days of the closure or the recorded completion of the relevant project. It must specify the project, the date of release, the reason and the supporting documentation required for verification.
2. Eligible cases
- a false, invalid or misallocated telephone number; ;
- an email address that is clearly incorrect and no other valid means of contact; ;
- duplicate request already purchased by the same professional; ;
- a project that does not exist, is fraudulent, or has been published without the consent of the person concerned; ;
- a customer who remains unreachable after several reasonable attempts made on different days or at different times; ;
- The request had already been closed before the funds were released due to a technical error on SnapWeb’s part.
3. Non-refundable cases
- the individual chooses another professional; ;
- the contractor does not win the contract or is unable to agree on a price; ;
- the budget, the deadline or the client’s expectations ultimately prove unsuitable; ;
- the application is submitted after the 15-day deadline without a demonstrated legitimate reason; ;
- the professional has not made reasonable attempts to contact the person; ;
- if any misuse, circumvention or use contrary to the terms and conditions is detected.
4. Procedure
The application should be sent to info@snapweb.be from the email address linked to the business account. SnapWeb may request screenshots, call dates or other relevant information, without requiring the confidential content of communications beyond what is necessary.
5. Decision and restitution
Following verification, SnapWeb informs the business of its decision. Where the request is accepted, the refund is normally credited to the wallet in the form of credits. It does not constitute a bank refund of the original package, unless required by law or by express decision of SnapWeb. Free or promotional credits are refunded in accordance with their nature and any original terms and conditions.
6. Purchases of packs and legal rights
The above rules apply to credits used by a prospective customer. Any mandatory rights relating to the online purchase of a pack, particularly where a purchaser may legally be classified as a consumer, remain applicable and are assessed according to the nature of the service, when it commences and the information provided at the time of ordering.
7. Prevention of abuse
SnapWeb may suspend the review or reject requests that are repetitive, contradictory, falsified or abusive. Such a decision may be contested by writing to info@snapweb.be.
